The Nelson Knee-Knobbler Beach, Dune & Trail running series is back in 2020 and in it's 6 year...with the first of our events being held at the wonderful location of Caister on Sea, Norfolk.

Come challenge yourself over 3 very different courses, always with two distances to choose from - throughout the year and all within the beauty and stunning environment that the Norfolk coast has to offer..!  The 1st and 3rd event of the series are Canicross friendly too so why not team up with your best friend and get dragged around by your 4 pawed-drive pooch!

The Nelson Knee-Knobbler series of races are possibly the best fun you can have with yer clothes on in Norfolk..!

We have this year created a couple of new formats in order to make The Nelson Knee-Knobbler for 2020 even more exciting!

• Long Course - Approximately 10km
• Short Course - Approximately 5km
• NEW Pairs Relay - All new exciting racing format sees each human and/or pooch take on the Short Course with a baton change over to your racing partner - both humans and/or pooches run the Short Course each!
