A popular 5K race around the town of Aylsham. The community of Aylsham will be out in force to support and cheer on runners throughout the town. EPIC Norfolk is a not-for-profit organisation that increases physical activity levels amongst communities. All profits made from the race will be reinvested into local physical activity and sport.

Race Entry: £13 + booking fee. All entries include chip-timing and race medal. 

All entrants must be at least 11 years or over.

The event will be run under UK Athletics Rules.

Race Time: 7pm, starting and finishing in Aylsham Market Place.

Facilities: Parking nearby, baggage storage, refreshments and toilets all available at the race H.Q.

Volunteers: If you have a family member or friend that would like to cheer you on by volunteering as a marshal please email info@epicnorfolk.com.
