Darren’s Dash Fun Run starts at 10am ~ Whitemoor 5 miler starts at 10.45am

Both races will be chip timed, medals for all finishers. There will be prize money for the Whitemoor 5 Miler.

The minimum age for children to run on their own is 9. All adults running with a child must be wearing a number signifying they have entered one or other of the two races. If anyone is supervising a child in the fun run they do not need to enter both races to run with the child but must have entered one of the races.  The supporting adult will only be entitled to the medal relevant to the race they have entered not both.

The minimum age for the 5 mile race is 15.

Course is of mixed terrain, grass, river bank, bridleway and road. (Measurements for the races may not be exact.)

5 Miler entries on the day will have an additional £2 charge.
