We have designed new courses this year with the start & finish near the cafe and 2 laps for the senior race instead of the 3 laps previously. Spectators will see more of the races and the athletes will find it interesting and varied with plenty of ups and downs.  

Race Start Times will be between 10:30 to 13:15

Qualification for CAU Inter Counties Cross Country Championship and places in London Mini Marathon April 2024

Final Race Times & course details will be published on Athletics Norfolk website in due course and emailed out to entrants.

Age Groups & Distances

• U11 - 2.1km
• U13 - 3.1km
• U15 - 4.5km
• U17 - 6km men/5km women
• U20 - 10km men/6km women
• Seniors & Masters - 10km

U11 Age 10 or under as at 31st August/1st September 2024 with minimum age 8 on race day

U13 Ages 11 & 12 years as at 31st August/1st September 2024

U15 Ages 13 & 14 years as at 31st August/1st September 2024

U17 Ages 15 & 16 years as at 31st August/1st September 2024

U20s 17-18-19 as at 31st August/1st September 2024

Seniors Age must exceed 20 years as at 31st August/1st September 2024

Masters Age Group categories are based on age on day of the race with the following categories:
35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
