EPIC Norfolk have teamed up with the Mile Cross Project & Events Group (MXPEG) to put on this year’s Galley Hill Dash.

Can you conquer 8 times up and 7 times down Galley Hill? The total distance is approximately 1.25 miles.

Race Entry: FREE. All entries include a race medal.

There will not be chip-timing.

Galley Hill Dash: 11:00am start. All ages. 8 times up and 7 times down Galley Hill (you must enter to participate).

Location: Galley Hill in Mile Cross (opposite the entrance of Sloughbottom Park). NR3 2PW.

There will also be the following fun races, which you don’t need to sign up to, just turn up on the day. Email info@epicnorfolk.com for more information on what they entail.

Approximate times:

11:40am: Wheelbarrow Race
12:10: Slow Bikes
12:40: Mobility Aid Parade
12:50: Everyone up the hill

Terrain: All on closed roads.

Facilities: Toilets, FREE parking and refreshments available to purchase.
