Back for another year Reepham Runners Winter XC Race. 

We are back at Whitwell Station this year and a special thanks to the MacGregor Farming Partnership for permitting us to run through parts of their farm for fun! 

This race is a true XC race with lots of mud, water, possibly dykes and a few places roll around in the mud too if you desire! This is a multi-terrain course approx. maximum of 10K distance depending on course route which depends on the weather. 

Timings & cost: 
10.15 (Juniors) 10.30 (Seniors) start at Whitwell Station on Jan 26th 2025 
Juniors under 15 £6 affiliated £8 unaffiliated 5k one lap. (minimum age 11)
All others £13 affiliated and £15 unaffiliated.

There will be an option this year to complete 1 lap only if so, desired however to support our tree planting the cost will be the same as two laps. 

NO DOGS this year. Sorry! But feel free to bring them to support around Whitwell Station. 

NO DOGS are allowed on the farmland due to the sheep grazing. 

Prizes: 1st 2nd 3rd Male, Female and Juniors.
- 1st male and female V40 V50 V60 - e vouchers for our Summer 10K Race. 

Toilets: There is an external toilet block at Whitwell Station for runners to use. Please do be mindful of muddy trainers and kindly change your shoes before entry into the toilets post race! Thank you. 

Car Parking: There is parking at Whitwell Station, you will be directed into available spots by our friendly Marshals. Whitwell Station has imposed a car parking charge however this will be waivered for the duration of the race and clean up. 

Water Stations: There are no water stations on the course however you can access water as you run through the station after your first lap. 

Sustainability:

PLEASE do consider bringing your own water / drink bottles to help us reduce our waste and plastic. Just label your bottles and leave at the start / finish line.

There will be water available at the end in compostable cups if needed. 

This year we are again proud supporters of Trees not Tees initiative – last year we planted 165 trees, we are hoping for more this year. 

There will therefore be no memento this year to support biodiversity and reduce waste.  Trees not Tees will receive a donation per runner and plant as many trees as possible. 

PLEASE do consider lift sharing, arriving by bike – Whitwell is located right next to Marriott’s Way.
