First Claim Status: All entrants to this event who are affiliated to a UKA club must enter for their first claim club. For the avoidance of doubt, no entrant may enter the event for their second claim club under any circumstances.

Race Start : Wymondham Market Cross – the race start is a 2-3 minute walk from Race HQ and will be signposted

Medals : Medals will be at the finish line along with water and a small snack.

Headphones Policy : Headphones of any kind (including bone conducting) are NOT permitted.  The race is run on open roads that are not closed to traffic.  It is imperative that you can hear traffic and marshal instructions.

Cut Off
There will be a cut-off time of 4.5 hours from the start of the race. This means there will be no marshals or support vehicles from 2.00pm.

Parking : Full directions for all of the local car parks in the area are detailed on our Wymondham AC Races Facebook site and also on our website at www.wymondhamac.com -please allow plenty of time to park, pick up your race number and be at the start line on time

Bag drop : Please note – there will be no bag drop at the race.  Please therefore only bring / wear what you will be carrying during the race.  We take no responsibility for belongings left at Race HQ or in your vehicles.

NO running with buggies or dogs

Refreshments : Tea, coffee and cakes will be available at Race HQ in return for a donation to Little Lifts, our chosen charity.

Toilets : Very limited toilets at the Abbey plus a further 8 portable toilets on the Market Cross at the race start.

Prizes : Trophies will be awarded for a variety of age categories and will be given out on the day with full results posted as soon as possible after the event. 

Individual Results
The first three men and women will be determined by use of Gun time. All age categories will be determined by use of Chip time.
