Marriott's Way Marathon and Half Marathon are back for the third year and raising funds in aid of the East Anglain Air Ambulance. 

The Course

The Full Marathon follows the Marriott’s Way from Norwich with the Half Marathon starting at Whitwell and Reepham Station. Both finish at Aylsham Friendship Hall. An easy to follow route on a largely traffic free course. Runners and walkers welcome, with generous time allowances. The course has not been measured by a UKA approved course measurer, therefore the distances are approximate.

Entry Fees (no booking fee)

Full Marathon - UKA Member - £46
Full Marathon - Non UKA Member - £48

Half Marathon - UKA Member - £36
Half Marathon - Non UKA Member - £38

Coach Transport to the start - £12 per person

A 5% donation from each entry will be made to East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA).

A £2 fee reduction is given if you are a UK Athletics member (England, Scotland , Wales or  Northern Ireland), just select the correct box (this will be verified).

Transport

Bus transport to both starts before the race is available at an extra cost of just £12. You can add this to your booking at any time (subject to availability). The coaches will leave Aysham Market Place, NR11 6EL

Race Info

​​​​​​Bus leaves Aylsham Market Place, NR11 6EL at:

• 0800 for Marathoners, and
• 0900 for Half Marathoners.

7.30 - 8.30am Marathon registration start at St Luke's Church Centre, Aylsham Road, NR3 2HF (just across from Wensum Park)

9.00am Marathon start at Wensum Park.

8.30 - 10.00am - Half Marathon registration at Whitwell and Reepham Station, Reepham, NR10 4GA.

10.30 Half Marathon Start at Whitwell

1. Marathon start at 09:00 with 8 hours to reach the finish.
2. Half marathon start at 10:30 with 4 hours to reach the finish.
3. Limited to 400 participants overall.
4. Minimum age on race day: Marathon - 18 years, Half marathon 17 years
5. Additional marshalls/signed where possible
6. A unique medal to all finishers
7. Race number collected on the day (those on the bus will get race numbers on the bus).
8. Water and snacks provided on the route 
9. First aid services
10. Hot drinks and snacks at the finish in Aylsham Friendship Hall.
11. Prizes for the Top 3 finishers in both Female and Male/Open categories, in both races.

This event is licensed by the ARC and held under UK Athletics Rules. Permit ARC/27/0007
