Description: A flat, fast largely traffic free course around the airfield, giving lots of opportunities for PBs.

ID: All entrants will require their passport or current driving licence as ID at event registration.

Race Start and Finish: Ladywood Road - Gate 1 - approx. 5 mins from Event Registration (signposted) What3words reference: tags.removers.output

Water Station A water station manned by 42F (King’s Lynn) Sqn RAF AC at the 5K point.

Security: No photography is allowed, this including ‘Go-Pros’. Official photographers will be on duty and photographs of the event will be made available.

Sweep Vehicle: A sweep vehicle will be present on the course and any participant suffering injury or in difficulty is encouraged to wait for the vehicle to collect them.

Medals: Attractive commemorative medal and goody bag together with a commemorative bottle of beer for every entrant given out at the finish.

Parking: Parking on the Black Top Carpark, sign posted on the way in. Please park before registration which is just a short walk from the car park (all sign posted).

Bag drop: Please note – there will be no formal bag drop at race HQ but the car park is just a short distance from the race start and entrants will also be welcome to leave belongings Event Registration albeit at own risk.

However, we encourage you to only bring / wear what you will require for the event and can take no responsibility for belongings left at Event Registration or in your vehicles.

Refreshments: A Tea Bar will open on the Black Top Car Park selling a range of tea, brewed coffees and cakes.

Toilets: Toilets will be available at Registration in the Sandringham Centre and Portales available on the Black Top Carpark

Timing: Chip timing for the event is being provided by Total Race Timing, where the results will also be posted immediately at race end.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the first three male and female entrants to finish.

Cancellation: Entries are non-refundable and unfortunately cannot be deferred but transfers are available until midnight on 14/12/2026. Login into Total Race Timing to transfer your entry. However, if due to unforeseen operational reasons or due to very poor weather conditions it is necessary to cancel the event, it will be re-scheduled for a later date, to which entries will automatically be transferred.

Tee Shirt: This year an attractive commemorative RAF Marham 110^th Anniversary tee shirt will also available at a cost of £18. Shirts must be prebooked when registering and will be available for collection on the day at Race Registration. Sizes S/M/L
