Astro Fit Challenge at Aylsham Sports Hub

Aylsham Sports Hub's brand-new fitness outdoor challenge event will test your strength, endurance and cardio fitness.

Our Astro Fit Challenge takes place on Saturday 8th August from 8.30am.

• The arena: open air, high-grip 3G pitch
• The format: every station starts with a 220m run, before entering each functional zone. Run. Conquer the zone. Win points.
• The vibe: High energy, friendly and welcoming community
• Who's it for: Adults and youth (aged 11-16), anyone looking for a new challenge or to test their limits.

There will be 5 activity zones with 3 exercise stations in each zone, including activities such as Farmer Carry, Plate Burpees and Box Step Overs. Each completed exercise will earn you points.

Each activity zone will last 11 minutes*. At the start of your 11 minutes, you'll run 220m before entering each zone, with your remaining time used to complete functional exercises and score points.

There will be a 5-minute rest break in between zones. Each wave will last 1 hour 20 minutes.

Weights will be adjusted according to gender, and adult/youth entrants.

Adult entry is for those aged 16+

Youth entry is for those aged 11 - 16 years.

Entry Costs

Single - £30

Double - £50 for two entrants

Youth (aged 11-16) - £25

A discount of £5 per entrant will be applied to all Aylsham Sports Hub members (including youth members). The code to use for discounted entry will be emailed out to members. Alternatively, please ask for the code at the sports hub reception.

How to Book Your Place for the Challenge Event

All bookings for the event are being managed by Total Race Timing. Wave timings will be allocated nearer to the event.

There is a very large car park adjacent to the 3G pitch at Aylsham Sports Hub. For directions, please see below.

Refreshments

Refreshments will be available to purchase from our Coffee Cart, which is located just outside the 3G pitch.
