Spring Blickling Half Marathon - Only Charity Entries Left

Possibly the most breathtaking Half Marathon in the UK with the start and finish line directly in front of the iconic Blickling Hall. Quite simply, there is no better start / finish backdrop to a race. This event sells out each year and entry numbers are limited.

Any profits from the race will be reinvested into local sport and physical activity by race organisers EPIC Norfolk.

Race Entry: Entry £35 + booking fee (includes parking). All entries include chip-timing and a bespoke race medal.

Charity Entries: If you would like to fundraise for one of our listed charity partners, you can select a charity entry and choose from the dropdown list of charity partners. If you then fundraise the minimum amount of £150 for that charity partner (through an official fundraising page), we will refund your entry fee. By selecting a charity partner, you consent EPIC Norfolk to sharing your contact details with them so they can contact you directly to support you with your fundraising. If you are unable to participate on the day, the charity will still receive your fundraising donations, they cannot be deferred to another event. If you fail to fundraise at least £150 your entry will be removed and you will not be able to take part on the day (this is so people don’t select a charity entry without the intentions of fundraising).

Race T-shirts: When entering, you can purchase an Official Race T-shirt as an add-on for just £15. Please select your size when entering (unisex sizes XS to XXXXL). They will be available for you to collect on race day. T-shirts are made of breathable, technical fabric.

T-shirt sizing, width (armpit-to-armpit) x length: XS (Kids age 16) - 46cm x 65cm, S - 48cm x 69cm, M - 51cm x 71cm, L - 54cm X 72cm, XL - 57cm x 73cm, XXL - 60cm x 74cm, XXXL - 63cm x 75cm, XXXXL - 66cm x 76cm

Race numbers: Can be posted for £1.20 extra (free for charity entries) and selected when you enter, or collected on the morning of the race. 

Minimum Age: All entrants must be at least 17 years old on race day.

Cut-off times: 4 hours

This route is multi-terrain with a combination of road, adopted road and hard wearing tracks. Therefore, it is not affiliated with UK Athletics, although it will still follow their guidelines. Some of the route may be uneven and narrow in places, so be vigilant when running.

Facilities: Toilets and event parking. Donuts and Cookies at the end!

Dementia Support: You will have the option to donate an extra £5 to EPIC Norfolk, to support our campaign of delivering physical activity and adapted sports to 1000’s of people living with Dementia.

In the event that this race is postponed to another date due to unforeseen circumstances such as the weather, natural disasters etc, your entry will automatically be moved to the new date or you will have the option to transfer your place or complete it virtually.

In the event that this race is cancelled (and not postponed to a new date), you will be automatically deferred to next year’s race or you can request a refund before the deadline date, which will only be set in the event of a cancellation of this race.
